On your arrival to the studio you will be welcomed by your photographer who will then spend time with you discussion your shoot, the make-up artist and hair stylist will then work with you on creating your new look. Refreshments will be provided throughout the day. After the shoot the images will be published to our website were you can view and choose which photos you would like to purchase prints of.

Identification must be shown before a shoot can commence. We will only work with models who can provide proof they are at least 18 years old. We suggest you bring a friend or relative for at-least your first shoot.

Model Release Form

Models must sign a Model Release Form. A shoot will not take place unless one has been signed.

Rates and Opening Hours for The Whitstable, Kent based studio:

Img Digital Imaging Studio, Cromwell Road, Whitstable, Kent is available to hire by the professional or amateur photographer (excellent rates for students, wanting to learn or perfect their portfolio). Hire is for a minimum of 2 hours to a whole day (longer periods of time can be booked). Studio hire from 9am to 9pm, Mon-Sunday.

Security

The security of the studio is the responsibility of the hirer during the period of hire.

Insurance

All goods and equipment must be insured by the hirer, no responsibility can be accepted for the loss or damage of property and equipment however caused. Whilst we have on-site parking please note that vehicles and their contents are parked at your own risk and we advise that all valuables are removed or stowed from sight in your vehicle.

Payment

Deposit of 50% required on confirmation of booking. All quoted charges are subject to VAT at the current rate. The remainder is payable on the first day of hire. Cancellation of booking will result in a non refundable deposit.
