Creative Venom is a busy Graphic Design and Website Design team in Kent. We recently undertook some highly creative work for an Estate Agent & Property Advertising Real Estate company in London. Our aim was to come up with a concept that would target their various customer types. The challenge was to come up with an advertising campaign that appealed to potential buyers, sellers and landlords.

The adverts had to remain very brand-aware so we decided to focus on the word Living and make this the central message for the campaign. It conveys vibrant, fun and energetic messages and suggests that working with the company will not only be successful but also trouble and stress-free. The campaign is currently being run in print, bus stops, billboards and underground advertising London.

Creative Venom were recently approached to create a Direct Mail Campaign Design in Kent, that would work for Printed material as well as be pliable to the Online Campaign Kent. Firstly we worked with the client to gain a clearer idea of what it was exactly that they were trying to achieve and then we could set about designing the creative wrapper around the entire campaign. The Direct Mail Campaign was geared up to appeal to many smaller Vehicle Hire companies that could now for the first time receive qualified business leads from bigger, more well known companies in the industry.
