Kent’s Creative Venom have been busy designing website for near on ten years. As when a lot of businesses start up we served a very localised area and our catchment was very much Kent. We soon grew and word-of-mouth recommendations were leading us to pitch further and further afield. In our second year of business were were building Websites and Producing Graphic Design for IT businesses outside of Kent and having regular meetings with Marketing Agencies in London. This was an early indicator for us that we could have a fruitful Kent Design Agency on our hands.

We now produce Websites not just in Kent; that provide solutions for a whole manner of Industry type. We work with small local Bakeries right the way through to national Banks and Building Societies. Therefore we have a lot of experience about Customer Needs – who wants what – but also the ability to steer and recommend the client correctly and cost effectively. All our clients utilise our expertise in terms of advice given and we are therefore working on Internet Development Strategies as well particular key tasks and day to day building of Websites.

Below is a work-in-progress. This is for a client who is based in Faversham Kent and need a complete Website Design and Development Re-think. We have had to go right back to the drawing board with this one. Their business structure changes frequently so they need a responsive Website – one that is easily adaptable to the outside factors that affect the day to running of the business.

Creative Venom have come up with not only a look and feel that coincides with the exiting branding and marketing but a fluid design that will tolerate the manipulation of menus, navigation that can be edited quickly and likewise the Categories and Posts within. It is these types of Website Design in Kent and London that tend to be more successful among the major Search Engines and therefore the Website exposure is greater in general searches across the board.

Creative Venom were recently approached to create a Direct Mail Campaign Design in Kent, that would work for Printed material as well as be pliable to the Online Campaign Kent. Firstly we worked with the client to gain a clearer idea of what it was exactly that they were trying to achieve and then we could set about designing the creative wrapper around the entire campaign. The Direct Mail Campaign was geared up to appeal to many smaller Vehicle Hire companies that could now for the first time receive qualified business leads from bigger, more well known companies in the industry. Creative Venom have been busy revamping and refreshing the Maidstone Hazlitt Theatre’s Website. There are lots of new listings, shows and events now on up past April 2011 so the Website needs to reflect that and make the buying of tickets for all performances possible too. The Theatre now has control over content on Key pages of their Website to make maintenance and day to day house keeping of content easier. There will be an E-newsletter about to go out to a database of over 3,000 collected emails through the Website Form. The Database was gleaned for injection and any malicious damage to the article ID’s were deleted. The DB was then globally restored and paths were checked. The articles were restored and rogue injection was no more. This type of work can take between 1-2 weeks to perform depending  on the size of the Database and the state of the back-end architecture.

These are visual examples of where we recently came to the rescue of a website that was built a good 6 or 7 years ago and many patches and blocks were required in over 100 instances of where the PHP code was making a call to the database.
